“The Caesar Palace has the first long history and has been instrumental in enhancing Las Vegas’ culinary landscape,” said Terence O’Donnell, vice chairman and deputy of Caesar Palace. “We are very proud to bring Peter Luger’s timeless tradition to the west coast for the first time. We know that guests will love the understated elegance and the dedication to quality Peter Luger that they will bring to various kinds of dynamic offerings at Caesar Palace.”
Designed by Jeffrey Beers International, the Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas draws inspiration from Brooklyn’s original location, with exposed bricks, wooden panels, oak floors and tabletop and industrial windows. The new restaurant covers 8,700 square feet and can accommodate more than 300 people with its main restaurant, large center bar and various private dining options. 경마사이트
The octagonal main dining room features a triple-high ceiling with a large copper chandelier reminiscent of New York’s prototype, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Brick arches gracefully decorate the room, adding to Brooklyn’s charm, which contrasts beautifully with modern design elements. In the main dining area, guests can see chefs preparing Peter Luger’s signature dish in an impressive display kitchen. The private dining room offers an intimate and high dining experience with exquisite wine displays with custom lighting and a perfect background. Sophisticatedly decorated photographs are found throughout the restaurant, paying tribute to Peter Luger’s rich history and culinary tradition.
Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas will be the restaurant’s fourth location worldwide, after Peter Luger in Brooklyn, Great Neck, New York and Tokyo. Peter Luger Las Vegas opens near the MR CHO at Caesars Palace this fall. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday, and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays.
