The cider festival continues
Celebrate the taste of autumn at Silverton Casino Hotel’s first Sider Fest. With a wide variety of hard cider available on the tab, this event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the flavors of the season. The festival will be held until Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023.
Visitors can taste specialized hard cider to offer a variety of flavors and styles, and sip their favorite cider from the tap while relaxing in the lounge.
What are some fall festivals that don’t have great food? CiderFest will include a “festival favorite” menu that includes fresh State Fair mini donuts, a sweet treat on demand that complements the cider offering perfectly.
Other options include apple cider puff pastry made with ACE orange hard cider and pastry crumbs, caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Savory options include other options, such as cheese curds and giant soft pretzels, as well as disco fries with gravy, melted mozzarella cheese, cheese sauce and shredded beef ribs.
