Graton Resorts & Casino announced the promotion of Amy Ellis to Chief Human Resources Officer. Ellis joins the management team of Graton Resorts & Casino with over 19 years of HR experience. As CHRO, Ellis manages recruitment and retention of staff and oversees team members engagement, development, and wellness programs and benefits.
Lana Rivera, president of Graton Resort & Casino, said, “We’ve seen the opposite happen here at Graton Resort & Casino at a time when most organizations were experiencing massive resignations during the COVID-19 pandemic. When the door reopened, 98% of the team members came back.” “Amy’s leadership has contributed decisively to that, and we are truly grateful to have her on our management team.”
Since joining Graton Resort & Casino as human resources director in 2017, Ellis’ goal has been to provide a workplace that takes care of team members financially and as a whole. The resort’s wellness program covers everything from health benefits to education on financial wellness and collaboration with community partners for expanded services. Graton offers ESL, civil rights legal assistance and exploration classes for team members.
These benefits enable team members to develop new skills in addition to their job description and support the resort’s commitment to career development. 슬롯머신
