The Port Authority of St. Louis and the Redevelopment Authority Land Readjustment Committee today selected Pinnacle Entertainment’s

“St. Louis Landing” casino and related development proposals with recommendations from the St. Louis Development Corporation select committee. Pinnacle’s plans include large casinos, luxury hotels, retail space, and parking lots. The company also agreed to build a $50 million residential home within the city within five years of the casino’s opening. Residential homes are expected to be built alongside luxury hotels and may or may not be built with local or national developers as partners.
