Venice Convention Facility Completes $188 Million Renovation

Renovation of convention facilities in Venice, worth $188 million over three years, will begin next year, the company said Monday.

Oogmaster Studios, a Las Vegas design company, has been contracted for renovations to take place between 2024 and 2026.

“It’s not an easy task to start refreshing our convention centers, which host back-to-back events throughout the year, but our commitment is to bring our guests a best-in-class experience,” said Patrick Nichols, president and CEO of The Venetian. “The planned finishes and amenities are carefully curated based on customer feedback and will usher in a new era for the Venice conference and maintain our position at the forefront of the industry. 바카라

The Venetian Hotel is owned by Vici Properties and operated by New York-based Apollo Global Management. The renovation is part of a $1 billion capital investment project for the entire resort.

Inspired by the needs of the hotel’s longtime group guests, key design elements will include a luxury lounge area away from the traditional convention space and a new color palette that offers new technology.

An additional high lounge-style space will be provided for management. In a 10,000 sq ft space designed with wood, marble, velvet and mirrors that symbolise a romantic and layered modern feel for 1930s Venetian design, a new speaker-style lounge will offer an opportunity to host an invitation-only event, according to a press release.

The convention center says it will integrate traditional architecture with what the resort calls modern design elements, which will bring “a fusion of the resort’s heritage and modern sophistication.” Inside, there are cream, white and platinum colour palettes, highlighting caramel outerwear and blue demark carpets.
